Up to $10,000 a month in Google ads. Make it count.
Eligible nonprofits get up to $10,000 a month in Google search advertising, paid for by Google. Most use only a fraction of it, and plenty lose it to compliance rules they never knew about. We handle the application, the setup and the monthly management so the grant brings in donors, volunteers and the people you serve.
From application to monthly management
Everything the grant needs to get approved, stay approved and produce results, from one team.
Eligibility and application
Nonprofit validation, Google for Nonprofits enrollment, the website review and a compliant account build, so the application gets approved the first time.
Account setup
Campaigns built around your goals: donations, volunteers, events and programs. Keywords, ad copy, locations and conversion tracking done right from day one.
Compliance management
Google deactivates grants that fall under a 5% click-through rate, use disallowed keywords or lose conversion tracking. We monitor every rule, every month.
Ongoing optimization
Weekly adjustments to keywords, bids and ads, with smart bidding that lifts the $2.00 bid cap so your ads can actually compete.
Landing pages
Pages for each goal that load fast, meet Google's site requirements and make it easy to give, sign up or register.
Plain-language reporting
A monthly report on what the grant produced: donations, sign-ups, registrations and inquiries, plus what we changed and why.
Where most grants stall
Spend climbs as the account is built out and kept compliant.
The grant only pays off if someone runs it
An Ad Grant isn't a smaller Google Ads account. It has its own rules, and the penalty for missing them isn't weak results, it's losing the funding.
- Most of the grant goes unspent. Without someone building campaigns, the budget sits there month after month.
- Two months under 5% CTR and it's gone. The click-through rate rule catches more nonprofits than any other.
- Bids are capped at $2.00. Unless the account uses conversion-based bidding, which means conversion tracking has to be set up and working.
- It renews as long as it's compliant. Managed well, the grant is $120,000 a year in search advertising for as long as you want it.

Learn moreGoogle Ad Grants questions
Is our nonprofit eligible for a Google Ad Grant?
Most registered 501(c)(3) charities are. Google excludes government agencies, hospitals and healthcare organizations, and schools and universities, though their philanthropic arms often qualify. You also need a working website that meets Google's content and ownership requirements. We check all of it before anything is filed.
Is the $10,000 a month really paid by Google?
Yes. The grant covers up to $10,000 a month in Google search ads, and it renews as long as the account stays active and compliant. The only cost to you is the management.
Our grant was suspended. Can you get it back?
Usually, yes. Most suspensions come from a click-through rate under 5%, disallowed keywords or missing conversion tracking. We fix the account, request reinstatement and set it up so it doesn't happen again.
What can the ads be used for?
Donations, volunteer sign-ups, event registrations, program enrollment and awareness. Every ad has to point to your own site and support your mission, and we build landing pages for each goal.
How long does approval take?
Eligibility validation, enrollment and account review usually take several weeks from start to finish. The ads go live as soon as Google activates the grant.
Can we run paid Google Ads too?
Yes, and many nonprofits do. Grant ads show below paid ads and only on Google search, so a small paid budget can cover the terms the grant can't win. We can run both from one plan.
Let's put the grant to work.
Tell us about your nonprofit. We'll check your eligibility, look at your current account if you have one, and tell you honestly what the grant could do for you.
